HIGH SEASON: from 15 th of July to 31 st of August, Christmas period (from 23 dec. to 6 jan.) and Easter holidays.

The prices are referred to a stay of minimum two nights in a double room with other beds.

To the book it must be given earnest money of 50%; the other 50% to the arrival in farm holidays.
For children there is a reduction in prices: 50% from 0 to 5 years.

The bedrooms must be left for 10 o’ clock.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom and a terrace.
In the prices of demi-pension and full board you have included:

Linen for twice a week, water, light, cleaning of the room.

Use of pleasant activities of the farm: outdoor games for children, trekking, country activities.
If you need more linen you must pay € 5,00 a head.
For the heating in the bedroom € 10,00 to the day.

RESTORATION: : typical cooking. A complete meal is about € 15,00 or € 20,00 and it is formed by: hors-d’oeuvre, two first courses, a dish of meat with vegetables, fresh fruit, cake, cofee or spirit.Drinks are excluded.

For the meal of New Year's Day, Passover, Monday in Albis, Ferragosto, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, Cenone di S. Silvestro go paid on the price of the stay, a supplement to person to second of the demanded menω.

The hotel is new and all has been realized according to provisions of the law.
